1. Send a request
Email aviaxiservice@gmail.com with the subject “AVIAXY data deletion”.
2. Include
- the WhatsApp phone number used to contact AVIAXY;
- your display name, if available;
- a brief statement requesting deletion.
Do not send passport scans, payment-card data, passwords or one-time codes.
3. Verification
We may ask you to confirm control of the WhatsApp number or provide limited information needed to prevent unauthorized deletion.
4. What happens next
After verification, we will delete or anonymize data that is no longer required and will confirm completion or explain any lawful limitation.
5. Possible exceptions
Certain records may be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, protect security or maintain legally required transaction records.
